17 - Modesty and Steady Determination


I will talk about a few different types of Modesty as shown in the Mission.

Modesty of body

<14>Clothes should be decent and modest in appearance, and according to the situation in such a way that an upright mind would not object.

<15>It is better for men and women to wear distinct clothing.

<15>In this endeavor women have a great responsibility. They should emphasize the beauty of their higher selves rather than the beauty of their bodies (which should be a channel to manifest His Grace and be sacred to their husbands who are their soulmates). <16>It is also true about men. They have to create manly characteristics and emphasize their higher natures.

<6> A realized woman usually longs to be with a man whom she can respect. <7>A high soul man also likes to be with a woman who does not emphasize her body but her higher being. Then they would overcome their lower natures and each become a true man (male, Divine Logic) and woman (female, Divine Mother, Divine Grace).

Modesty of Mind

O You who believe, fight with the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find you strict [strong, one pointed, steady, etc.]; know that God is with he who keeps his duty to him. And who guard their modesty 

Therefore, their dedication and focus has to be on God, His Revelation, and the Eternal Divine Path, 100%.  But at the same time look not for the result, not for the praise, not for anything external, but the praise and perfection within you.

The pitfall in the second sign (step of progress) is the fear of trial in spiritual progress.

<16>Lesson: These trials are lessons and to strengthen the seeker.  So he should have patience and persistence to overcome them. (All are lessons to be learned, Tablet 2:16)

Whoever was greater was the most humble, and there should be no dominating personality among them, that each should do his Work with no false pride. <16> Only those who have overcome this world, are in their higher selves, and have no desire for the praise of the men (Paravipras) are worthy to assume the leadership of humanity.


 If the result is good, we become egotistical, which is the very reason man is separate from God.  So we Lose the Grace.  If we, however, surrender the result to God, then in either way we will not be affected with the result.

Modest Living

When a person goes to God and sees that most of his problems in reality are not problems at all but are there because he created them himself by his unnecessary attachments, desires, and greed, then he will simplify his life and find the peace and truth in simplicity and simple things. <26> he will surrender to the Lord, so his burden will be taken away or become light, as the burden of all realized people is light, “my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Commentaries on st. Matthew, Tablet , Chapter)

The middle path is the path of stillness, the path of consistency, to be constant, and in this path you don't go to extremes. If something good happens to you, you know it is temporary and you enjoy it. You just look through it and see if it's really from God or from the higher Spirit, then you just take it and enjoy it as it is. If it isn't good, you don't completely fall to despair, because still you know that that's temporary and that's not something to really be concerned about. So you become a constant mind.

It takes Steady Determination to bring the KOHOE

<18>Do not be concerned about reaching God (Pure Consciousness).  <19>Take each day as it comes, meditate, observe, contemplate to do His Will (Live in God).  This will earn His Grace.  <20>Only through His Grace is salvation possible.

<21>One day a surge of Great Love, Light, and Higher Thoughts will dawn on you; it is then that you know God is with you. <22>Eventually the Goal will be achieved, you will be One. (THE HOLIEST, THE HOLIEST BOOK, HOLIEST ONE, Tablet 4, 18-22)

Words are beautiful (inspiring) but they will remain just beautiful words unless action is taken.  To bring the KOHOE (Kingdom Of Heaven On Earth) can only be done by the actions of individuals, groups, and nations.

Some say it takes too much time....

Maitreya: Oh, you want instant coffee [all laughing]. Yes, I know that. A lot of people in the 1960's tried to open that center by using drugs. What happened to them? They got somewhere they were not supposed to go, and some of them just couldn't handle it.

Our body is like an antenna and the more our body is strong and prepared for the higher energies, the easier we can handle those energies. Now just put 200v into a small wire and what is going to happen? It is going to burn out.

The spiritual path is a preparation. You have to prepare yourself. Those who are looking for an instant realization are not going to be able to handle it very well.

 “God-realization and feeling Him deeply is an all-around lifestyle.  You cannot go halfway with God.  You have to go all the way.  That is why I said, “Those who stay to the end will be saved.”  You cannot go halfway and say, “Oh, let us just turn around here and do this thing for awhile and see what happens.  OK, let us turn this way and let us stay for awhile.”  No, it is a lifestyle.  You wrap yourself up with God.  That is why we are working toward Communities of Light.  It is not just one philosophy, or one teaching, or one realization, it is the whole thing, physically, mentally, and spiritually.”

Creation/Universe (One Verse, United)

A general explanation of how the Universe works

When God decided to create the Universe (to know the reason read THOTH: http://www.maitreya.org/english/THOTH.HTM). He used the Consciousness and the Creative Forces (Three Gunas) to create It. In the beginning He created the Ether (the subtlest element of the creation) and then He created the basic elements, which are even smaller than the atom. Then He created the atom and eventually dust/gas (the most plentiful, visible element, in the universe).

Gravity (The Strong Force = Tama Guna) is inherent in all through the manifested universe (“…be gathered together…” Genesis 1:9). By using Gravity, He brought this dust together. These gatherings started to create pockets of gathered dust that later on created the local galaxies, individual galaxies, solar systems, etc. However, before galaxies were formed, as we know them now, which is the final “gathered together,” the original gathered dust formed the super stars that through their gravitation pull created stones, heavy metals, and all the materials which are needed to create the basic elements to create our universe, life, etc.

These giant stars eventually became supernovae. A supernova is the end of life of a giant star. When a giant star reaches its end, in this stage, it blows up and scatters its heavy elements all through the universe.

In the next phase of creation (gathering together) these elements became the base for creating suns (smaller stars and giant stars, etc.), planets, the habitable zones, and eventually an environment that could sustain life as we know it (like earth). To reach to this phase is not the easiest thing to do. There has to be uncountable considerations to create such an environment, and many attempts failed until earth was created and was able to sustain life.

Is there life out there? Life is everywhere, because God is Everything. He has created a Self-Sustaining universe. Whenever there is the right environment to sustain life, there will be life! However, is the life in those places as high as humans (or higher)? This will be a mystery for man to find out! By reaching to space and exploring the universe they will eventually find the answer. If such beings are discovered, the Goal of their lives is also to Be(come) Divine.

As mentioned above, not all attempts were fruitful, and there are many parts of the universe that are not useful in supporting life, or there would be any hope they ever will. Also there are parts that they have served their usefulness. These have to be recycled to their original state (Consciousness and three Gunas). This is the job of the Black Holes.

Black Holes are indeed the opposite of the supernovae. Supernovae created the heavy elements by using incredible gravity. Black Holes, using the same gravity in reverse, break down what the supernovae have done to this point, bringing them back to their original state. Some of these recycled elements might be reused again to enhance the creation or to be used where they might be needed!

Now with this general explanation of how the universe is created and works, we leave scientists to fill in the details!

Note 1: Probably the only part that scientists still wonder about is: Dark Matter and Dark Energy. Dark matter is the first stage in creation (Ether in different stages). It surely will have Gravity and will act according to the Will of God. It encompasses all things (all things are enveloped in it). Since it also contains Raja Guna (energy), scientists call it Dark Energy, because they can neither detect the Ether nor the energy it presents! Will the universe expand forever, or collapse on itself? It all depends on God’s Will. No matter which version (the universe expands for billions of years, or collapses on itself) this universe will end at the end when the original energy that created it will be exhausted! The question still is the same: Will you be in Pure Consciousness by then?

Note 2: Just for the record: Remember that you heard this here for the first time! We (God) have said (Revealed) many things, through the Mission, in the last 40 years that later scientists discovered or will discover to be true. The facts that the Mission revealed for the first time and scientists have discovered to be true (and this trend will continue) include such matters as: Birds are remnants of dinosaurs; there were many races in Africa, not only one, etc. Also many points in this article are revealed for the first time. So far scientists have taken the credit for what we have already Revealed. God only should be given the credit and be Glorified!
We wanted to make sure all realize that God Has Revealed these things ahead of time (before scientists claim they have discovered them), so even scientists should realize that what they discover is what God has created. This also will strengthen the Faith of the Faithful and make those who doubt the validity of these Revelations and God to see that God Indeed Exists and these Revelations are from Him.
Hopefully members of the Mission, in the near future, will point out to everyone that: Many of what scientists have discovered, or will discover, has already been Revealed in the Mission in the last 35+ years. Hopefully there will be even more as long as I am alive and able, and God Wills.
